Baggage: VIA Rail is one of the most cost-effective and easy methods of transporting luggage. To ease the process, don't forget to label each piece of baggage with:

• Full name
• Complete home address
• Telephone number 

Meal: If you opt for Business class or Sleeper Plus class, the price of your ticket includes delicious multi-course meals. For short journeys like one way trip, Via Rail offers services at seat or take out counter. For longer journeys, the train includes a stylish dining car.

Special Needs:  Via Rail provides accessibility, special meals and medication who have a disability or a medical condition. It also provides priority boarding and additional assistance 

Internet Connection: Via Rail is proud to provide complimentary Wi-Fi service on board. To connect to wireless internet turn on your wireless-enabled laptop or handheld device. The Wi-Fi icon will appear in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen then set your SSID (Service Set Identifier) to “VIA_Station” or “VIA_Train”.
